Your role is crucial in shaping how we apply AI to grow capabilities and revenue.
Here's What You'll Be Doing
As Our AI Innovation Strategist, You'll Be At The Forefront Of Integrating AI Into Our Agency's Workflows And Client Solutions. You'll Wear Many Hats, From Researcher And Strategist To Storyteller And Change Agent. On Any Given Day, You Might
- Develop and implement strategies for applying AI that align with our business objectives and client needs

- You know how to turn promising ideas into real-world solutions by spearheading R&D, establishing the business case, and managing stakeholders at every level throughout the journey of creation

- You write well. You communicate well. Your EQ is enviable
- You track performance of all initiatives meticulously, and when someone asks how things are going, you can tell them down to the decimal point. You’re allergic to vanity metrics
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment and love to learn by doing
It Would Be Nice If
- You have experience in healthcare, advertising, or technology industries
