Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Tampa, FL. The Videographer will plan and execute video shoots for paid social campaigns, including pre-production tasks such as interpreting briefs, storyboarding, and coordinating logistics with internal stakeholders and clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role will handle camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and directing on-screen talent to produce compelling performance-driven ad creatives. The Videographer will also edit footage into multiple short-form variations, optimize content for different Meta placements, and collaborate with media buyers and strategists to test new hooks, angles, and formats. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining equipment, managing media assets, and incorporating performance data and feedback into future creative iterations.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and on-set direction.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Experience creating short-form content for paid social platforms (especially Meta), with an understanding of performance-driven creative and direct-response principles.
- Ability to translate creative briefs and data insights into clear storyboards, shot lists, and testable creative concepts.
- Strong organizational skills for managing media assets, project timelines, and multiple simultaneous video deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketers, strategists, and clients on-site.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments where content is rapidly tested and optimized for performance.
- Relevant experience in videography, film, media production, marketing, or a related field; a portfolio or reel showcasing paid social or advertising work is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, and to travel locally for client shoots as needed.
