What You'll Do
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and be responsible for ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client onboarding calls
- Building strong relationships with business owners
- Running bi-weekly client strategy and performance calls
- Managing day-to-day client communication
- Coordinating with internal creative and operations teams
- Reviewing videos and creative assets before delivery
- Ensuring campaigns, content, and deliverables stay on track
- Identifying and resolving client concerns proactively
- Maintaining CRM records and client notes
- Following internal systems and SOPs
- Identifying opportunities for account expansion and growth

Compensation & Growth

- $65,000 annual base salary
- Monthly performance compensation
- Expansion commissions

- Expected first-year earnings for strong performers are between $90,000 and $110,000 , with additional upside available based on performance.
