A Little More About The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead Analyst, a critical position that will not only assist the Sales team for quote and proposal preparation but will also own and implement projects that improve the accuracy and efficiency of the Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations Lead Analyst also serves as the “go-to” resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie’s ability to win deals. They will be an intermediary between underwriting and actuary to ensure pricing is accurate, as well as monitoring quotes for accuracy.

You Will

  • Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that would impact efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and act as a central resource for Revenue Operations Analysts to ensure alignment and efficiency across revenue processes.
  • Train and onboard new Revenue Operations Analysts, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
  • Assist with other tasks needed in different departments to achieve all company business objectives
  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
  • Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
  • Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
  • Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting process
  • Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 2 years of experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or related position
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
  • A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
  • A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong internal customer-service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Extra Credit

  • Previous experience at a high growth company.
  • Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency

The salary range for this position is $63,502 - $81,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible to participate in Gravie’s annual bonus program. Stock options may also be awarded as part of the compensation package.
