Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with event coordination, meeting logistics, and office administration.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items for leadership.
Legal & Compliance Support
- Assist with preparing and organizing basic legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain confidential legal and corporate records.
- Coordinate signatures, document routing, and filing processes.
- Support compliance tracking, renewals, and record retention procedures.
- Conduct basic research related to policies, vendors, or regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with outside legal counsel, vendors, and business partners as directed.
- Assist with preparing board or committee meeting materials and maintaining records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
- Interest in legal administration, compliance, or business operations helpful.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
