Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction execution on-site for retail, food & beverage, and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Review and implement project documentation, plans, and schedules accurately.
- Enforce high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship across worksites.
- Serve as the on-site face of the company—building trust with clients, overseeing project performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Travel extensively and adapt quickly to different job site environments and teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of superintendent or similar experience in commercial construction, with a portfolio that includes retail, restaurants, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects
- Strong construction documentation, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills—capable of working with diverse teams and executive-level clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company or rental vehicle.
