Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and dependable General Laborers to support ongoing and upcoming residential construction projects. This is a 1099 contractor position – ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and looking to work independently while contributing to a professional construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks on residential construction sites
- Load and unload materials
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
- Follow safety protocols and project timelines
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor (must handle own taxes and insurance)
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):
- Carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and/or roofing experience
- Ability to read blueprints or follow project plans
- OSHA 10/30 certification
Pay is based on experience & trade skills.
