**This is a 3rd shift position on our Membrane line. Hours for this role are M-F, 10:00pm-6:30am.**
The ideal candidate for Membrane will have chemical mixing and/or rolled goods manufacturing experience and must be available to train on second shift (2pm-10:30pm) for the first 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform and document production of finished products and intermediates.
- Perform and document testing on finished products and intermediates.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and specifications.
- Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
- Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, Inspection Logs, etc).
- Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
- Clean mix vessels on assigned frequencies.
- Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel and provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
- Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.
