This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee relationships. The role involves developing HR strategies, implementing employee policies, managing benefits programs, overseeing training and development initiatives, and ensuring the company remains compliant with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
