We need a litigation associate for our fast paces growing practice at our Burlington, VT office.

Salary range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, with the possibility of earning additional commission (dependent on level of experience)
What you’ll bring:
- 3 years of experience in litigation
- Your active membership of a state bar in good standing
- Intellectual curiosity, a commitment to excellent client service, and a self-starting work ethic are a requirement for this position
- Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply
Our litigation department is comprised of accomplished attorneys who have a broad range of experience and practice areas. An attorney hired for this position will have the opportunity to participate meaningfully in cases almost immediately - drafting complaints and motions, arguing in court, taking depositions, and leading discussions with clients.
