Duties
- Deliver direct client care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Manage complex medical needs such as ventilator support, catheterization, and tube feeding.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for case management, and ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota LPN or RN licensure in good standing.
- Clear criminal background check.
Pay: $25.50 - $34.40 per hour
