Grattan HealthCare is hiring a Support Worker (SW) to provide care for a* client in the Duluth area* — and we’d love to have you on our team!

You’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care that truly matters — all while helping improve the quality of life for others!
Current open shifts:
- 8 Hours and 45 minutes per week
- 2-3 shifts per week
- Start time of around 10am, End time is flexible and worked out directly with the client
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background study
- Must have or complete a CFSS/PCA Certificate upon hire (we can help with that!)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our client's home (our clients depend on your dependability!)
- Must have a clean driving record
What are the job tasks?
- Helping the client with basic Activities of Daily Living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, light housekeeping, or enrichment activities.
