Grattan HealthCare is hiring a part-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Support Worker (SW) to support a client in the Nashwauk area — and we’d love to have you on our team!

You’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care that truly matters — all while helping improve the quality of life for others!
Current open shifts (up to 10 hours a week available):
- Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings are best for this home
- Shift start and end time are flexible and worked out directly with the client
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background study
- Must have or complete a CFSS/PCA Certificate upon hire (we can help with that!)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our client's home (our clients depend on your dependability!)
What are the job tasks?
- Helping the client with basic Activities of Daily Living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, range of motion exercises, etc..
- Having fun! Our client loves fun enrichment activities like going on walks, reading books together, and playing video games!
