About the role:
At Gratsy, we believe work should be challenging, purposeful, and fun! We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team, who will take custom product experiences from ideation through to execution on behalf of clients.
The Client Services Manager will lead strategy, planning, and execution for campaigns on behalf of key clients. These campaigns may include any one or multiple of the product experience tactics outlined above. The ideal candidate is a passionate, client-focused leader that can think and plan strategically and deliver with excellence. Strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn and explore across all areas of the business, and the experience and ability to analyze, discern and make informed decisions will be keys to the success of this role. Thriving in the fast-paced ambiguity of a fast-growing organization, you will be an key voice in campaign execution and exceeding client expectations.
How you'll make an impact:
This role will provide campaign execution support from start to finish, including tasks such as keeping the campaign on time, on budget, and on brief. The Client Services Manager will also play a key role in ensuring the strategic approach and creative concept for a campaign come to life through thought leadership, cross-functional and client communication, and strategically managing the entire campaign. This individual will be the go-to point of contact for campaign execution, acting as both a project leader and key communicator.
- Act as the key point of contact for both the client and internal teams.
- Ability to manage and adhere to timelines for multiple projects executing at the same time.
- Create scope of work documents, along with campaign briefs, sales pitch decks, wrap decks and other tracking documents.
- Track the campaign budget and execution against the planned KPIs.
- Own all elements of the campaign and coordinate with internal teams and key stakeholders to bring all campaign elements to activation.
- Manage the campaign execution process through reoccurring weekly planning meetings with both client and internal teams.
- Lead through ambiguity to establish deliverables, timing and campaign scope, along with any potential changes.
Role qualifications:
- 3 years of client management experience in a marketing or agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once in a fast-paced industry
- Attention to detail and ability to manage the details of a campaign
- Experience managing a campaign budget and financial tracking
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office to create proposals, spreadsheets, and reports
- Proactive approach to managing through changes or potential issues before they affect the campaign
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing multi-tactic campaigns from start to finish
- Strong skills working within a cross-functional team
- Ability to travel up to once per month for client meetings or event executions

- Experience working with major grocery retailers
- Previous experience with sampling or direct to home marketing
- Previous experience with experiential or event marketing
- Previous experience with consumer promotions
- General knowledge of the CPG marketing industry and competitive landscape
