SPA MASSAGE THERAPIST

Position Summary

Provide professional and therapeutic massage treatments to guests, promoting relaxation, pain relief and over wellness. Continually access guests' needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and maintain a high standard of service to ensure a positive a guest experience as defined by department standards.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional Guest service at all times, including while assisting in locker room and surrounding areas.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to department standards.
• Must have and maintain knowledge of Massage products and services and actively engage in
  
  

promoting and selling them.

• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms.
• Communicate service steps to Guests while executing all services and treatments.
• Ensure information provided regarding treatment type is accurate
• Must complete all necessary training courses as specified by management.
• Complete all necessary opening and closing duties per department processes.
• Responsible for restocking all spa products in treatment rooms.
• Responsible for stocking all treatments with required lines to perform services.
