- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all steps of guest service including greeting, assisting with sales, and check out.
- Accurately handle all cash, credit card and comp transactions in company required POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the gift shop including all merchandise.
- Unpack, tag, and stock merchandise per department policies and protocols.
- Monitor and report any potential safety issues or suspected theft of product to department leadership.
