Position Summary
This position is part of a highly collaborative and results-driven IT team responsible for supporting and maintaining critical enterprise and gaming infrastructure across the organization. The Systems Engineer will focus on the stability, performance and lifecycle management of core infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, Active Directory, Microsoft technologies and other operational systems that support business and gaming environments. This role is responsible for analyzing, improving, supporting and maintaining infrastructure platforms and system integrations, while also leading and contributing to cross-functional technical initiatives across the Graton IT environment. The position works closely with IT Support, Networking, Cyber Security, application teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure and compliant infrastructure operations.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and
- Troubleshoot system problems and provide escalated support for operational issues.
- Maintain Graton Resort & Casino's systems, including monitoring and tuning system performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and project teams to plan and implement new systems, system upgrades and resolutions for operational issues.
- Maintain the physical and virtual server infrastructure. Deploy software, hardware and firmware
- Use programming or scripting to automate routine tasks.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call duty rotation.
- Investigate and plan business solutions, technologies, and opportunities that can benefit the
- Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation for all property information systems.
