We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who is ready to lead from the floor, develop people, improve processes, and help our production team consistently deliver safe, high-quality products on schedule.

About the Role

As Production Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for a production team and serve as the key connection between employees on the floor and the Operations Manager.

You’ll help create a positive, productive work environment while ensuring employees have the training, resources, direction, and support they need to succeed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead, coach, and support production employees while fostering a positive, hardworking team environment.
• Assign daily responsibilities and ensure team members understand expectations and priorities.
• Oversee employee training and ensure employees are properly trained on processes, safety, quality requirements, SOPs, and applicable cGMP standards.
• Understand department processes and establish, review, and maintain SOPs as required.
• Create weekly production schedules and coordinate resources to ensure customer and production deadlines are met.
• Monitor daily production performance and quickly address issues that could affect safety, quality, productivity, or delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, cGMP standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to employees and participate in performance evaluations, progress reports, and disciplinary processes when appropriate.
• Serve as a positive role model for accountability, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments.
• Follow established procedures while using sound judgment and initiative to resolve day-to-day production challenges.

• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to organize work, prioritize competing demands, and meet production deadlines.
• A commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
• The ability to coach and develop employees while holding team members accountable.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime during the week and occasional Saturdays as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, food processing, beverage processing, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
