Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in technology and SaaS. This individual will lead sales and marketing efforts across Gratitude Systems’ services and products, including TavloAI. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of building campaigns, driving lead generation, closing deals, and shaping the overall go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for Gratitude Systems’ services and SaaS products.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive adoption of TavloAI with restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses.
  • Marketing Leadership
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels (website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns).
  • Position Gratitude Systems and TavloAI as industry leaders through storytelling, case studies, and events.
  • Product Marketing & GTM
  • Define value propositions, competitive positioning, and messaging for TavloAI and other offerings.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap with market feedback.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
  • Cultivate relationships with government agencies, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.
  • Explore strategic alliances, reseller agreements, and channel partnerships.

Compensation Structure

This role features a 100% commission and performance-bonus compensation model with uncapped earning potential. Ideal for a high-performing sales leader who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants full control over their income.

Commission Plan (Paid on Gross Profit – GP):

  • 10% commission on Gross Profit (GP) for all new SaaS subscription sales (TavloAI and future SaaS products)
  • 5% commission on Gross Profit (GP) for professional services contracts (AV/IT infrastructure, telecom, AI solutions)

Performance Bonuses:

  • Quarterly performance bonus (up to 15% of estimated annual earnings) tied to:
  • Revenue growth targets (e.g., 20% YoY)
  • Securing key hospitality, government, and enterprise accounts
  • Marketing KPIs (qualified leads, conversion rates, TavloAI adoption)
  • Annual success bonus: Up to 20% of annual earnings for exceeding revenue and market expansion goals

Earning Potential:
This is a fully uncapped earnings role. High performers can significantly exceed typical OTE ranges depending on deal flow, SaaS adoption, and services sold. Top earners in similar roles often exceed $150,000–$200,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology and SaaS companies.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, digital marketing, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-growing, agile environment.
