Low Voltage Project Manager — Gratitude Systems (Washington, DC)
Gratitude Systems, a DC-based technology solutions firm, is hiring a hands-on Low Voltage Project Manager to own our structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and AV installations from kickoff through closeout.
What you'll do:
- Run low-voltage projects end to end: site surveys, scope and BOM development, scheduling, and commissioning
- Read construction drawings and specs; produce clean scopes of work
- Supervise in-house techs and subcontract crews; verify quality and code compliance
- Coordinate with GCs, electricians, and building engineers
- Manage budgets, change orders, punch lists, closeout docs, and as-builts
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in low-voltage, security, or AV installation, including lead tech, foreman, or assistant PM experience
- Knowledge of BICSI/TIA cabling standards, access control and camera systems, and network basics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; able to access active job sites
- BICSI, RCDD, Avigilon, Genetec, Lenel, or Crestron certifications a plus
- Federal/DC/MD/VA public-sector project experience a plus
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 based on experience and certifications, plus per-project performance bonus. Health coverage, PTO, paid certifications, mileage reimbursement.
Pay: $48.32 - $58.19 per hour
