We are seeking a full-time Care Advisor to join our team in Paramus, NJ. This is an on-site role where you will engage with clients and their families to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans. Key responsibilities include coordinating care services, maintaining client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring the highest standard of service. You will act as a vital link between clients, caregivers, and the organization, ensuring compassionate and professional care delivery.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to engage with clients and their families
• Organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving abilities to address concerns and adapt care plans as needed
• Knowledge of home care services and experience working in healthcare or caregiving is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer use and familiarity with standard office software
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing quality care
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
