What We Do:

Grateful Kid Clubs offers:

• 1:1 personalized training sessions in families’ homes
• After-school programs in local schools
• Workshops and group sessions in community spaces

Our programs are built around flexibility—we work with each coach to create a schedule that fits their life while making a lasting impact on the lives of kids.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and purpose-driven Coach to lead our young athletes in a positive, structured, and uplifting environment. If you're passionate about youth development, love working with kids, and believe in the power of gratitude, leadership, and fun—we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate practices, games, or club sessions
• Serve as a positive role model for kids ages [Insert Age Range]
• Teach teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and gratitude
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in sports, education, or coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Energetic, patient, and dependable
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
