Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will work closely with our Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs) to ensure efficient staffing, scheduling, and management of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our home-based ABA programs. This role requires a highly organized, adaptable individual who can make quick, effective decisions to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to staff open RBT positions in home-based ABA settings.
- Manage the RBT-client schedule, ensuring sessions are accurately scheduled and updated promptly.
- Track and manage cancellations, maintaining and analyzing cancellation data as needed.
- Partner with the RCD to provide performance feedback to RBTs, supporting their growth and development.
- Conduct RBT orientations and assist with second-round interviews to select top candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date RBT staffing data in ClickUp and CentralReach, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
Requirements:
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills for quick, responsive scheduling and staffing.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like ClickUp and CentralReach is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within ABA or healthcare is a plus.
