This is a part-time, remote role for an Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. The individual in this role will support the CFO by managing administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring professional phone communication, and assisting with executive-level administrative needs. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining documentation, and performing other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Clerical tasks, including filing, documentation, and organization
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity with office software and virtual collaboration tools
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives is a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
