Grata is building the first AI-native addiction recovery clinic. Our AI sponsor, Luna, helps people quit drugs and rebuild their lives through personalized support, therapy, and contingency management.
We just raised our seed capital from world-class investors and are looking for our first growth hire.
Our goal: make recovery viral.
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Hacker.
You’ll be the architect behind our organic growth engine: scripting, testing, and scaling short-form videos that move culture and downloads at the same time. You’ll experiment relentlessly, turn chaos into process, and build the creator network that makes Luna a household name.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a UGC creator network (50–100 creators).
- Write, test, and scale viral formats across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Systematize what works: scripts, sounds, trends, data loops.
- Analyze performance (views, retention, CTR, installs) to guide creative iteration.
- Recruit and brief creators; review cuts; own the pipeline end-to-end.
- Work directly with the founding team to align growth, product, and brand tone.
You might be a fit if you've:
- You’ve built or scaled something viral (product, meme page, creator brand, app).
- You understand creator economics, UGC incentives, and the attention algorithm.
- You move fast, test everything, and learn faster.
- You have taste: you can feel what’s going to blow up.
- You care about impact and storytelling, not just numbers.
Bonus points:
- Experience running UGC or influencer campaigns.
- Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut).
- Technical curiosity — maybe you code or automate workflows.
- You’ve been banned by TikTok once and came back smarter.
Compensation
💰 $8,000–$12,000/month meaningful equity
