What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Operations Lead position at Grata Health?
About Grata
Grata is building the first AI-native addiction clinic — combining virtual medication-assisted treatment (MAT), therapy, and peer support with Luna, our AI recovery companion. We’re backed by top venture investors and we’re scaling nationally to make recovery immediate and human again.
The Role
We’re hiring a Clinical Operations Lead to help us scale our provider network and build the operational backbone of Grata’s care delivery. You’ll work directly with the founders to recruit and manage nurse practitioners, streamline clinical workflows, and ensure that every patient interaction meets the highest standards of speed, empathy, and compliance.
You’ll do:
- Lead clinical hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for NPs and peer-support staff
- Own day-to-day provider operations: coverage, compliance, and communication
- Partner with product and engineering to improve internal tooling and patient workflows
- Coordinate with contracting/credentialing to bring new states online
- Develop playbooks and metrics to measure clinical quality and efficiency
You are:
- Experienced (3 yrs) in clinical operations, tele-health, or healthcare staffing
- Skilled at building systems, not just maintaining them — you like to move fast and fix what’s broken
- Comfortable working across disciplines: clinicians, engineers, and founders
- Excited to join an early-stage team where your work directly shapes the company
Why Grata
You’ll be part of a small, founder-led team rethinking how addiction care is delivered — blending human compassion with modern tech to reach patients instantly.
