Duties
- Supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives to maintain fiscal health of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations across all areas of operation
- Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, recruitment, and employee development programs
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal clientele
- Maintain excellent communication with multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette to support guest inquiries and internal coordination
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and operational efficiency
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are mandatory for effective communication with diverse guests and staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
