The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and comfortable guest accommodations and public areas. This role ensures that all rooms and facilities meet the resort’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Housekeepers play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Clean and restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues and report any problems promptly.
- Remove trash and recycling from rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when items need restocking.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
