Position Overview: We’re hiring a part-time Landscape Technician to support lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company.
This is not an easy job—it’s outdoors, fast-paced, and requires consistency. But for the right person, it’s steady work and a clear path to increased responsibility over time.
Core Responsibilities:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential properties
- Assisting with landscaping projects (mulch, plants, rock, general labor)
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Working directly with the owner to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
- Learning equipment and improving your skillset over time
Schedule:
- 20–25 hours per week (minimum 20 required)
- Monday - Friday, Schedule varies based on workload:
- Mon–Wed (maintenance-heavy weeks)
- Tues–Thurs (mixed weeks)
- Wed–Fri (project-heavy weeks)
- Start times are typically in the morning to avoid peak heat
Pay & Opportunity:
- Starting at $18/hour

Requirements:
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions year-round
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Able to stay on your feet and move for extended periods
- Must have the stamina to perform physical labor consistently, not just short-term
- Prior landscaping or general labor experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
