The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting golfers, managing retail sales, maintaining the pro shop area, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist golfers, members, and guests in a friendly and professional mannerProcess tee time reservations and check in playersOperate the point-of-sale system to handle retail purchases and golf feesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and merchandise displaysStock shelves and assist with inventory managementAnswer phone calls and provide information about tee times, rates, tournaments, and club policiesAssist with tournament preparation and events as neededEnsure golfers have the necessary equipment and supplies for their roundQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic computer and point-of-sale experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of golf and golf equipment is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysReliable, organized, and detail-oriented
