Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
- Verify quality control items for the many different orders that are produced, (ex. weights, codes, packaging material).
- Understand and ensure proper cooling for product as necessary.
- Able to C.I.P. all equipment assigned with margarine systems.
- Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.
- Supervise general laborers effectively to meet daily demands.
- Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
