As a Line Technician Operator, you’ll be the go-to support across multiple areas—stepping in to operate key equipment and filling in for machine operators and forklift operators as needed. You’ll help monitor product quality, verify packaging and coding, and ensure proper documentation and cleanliness are maintained throughout your shift.
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our production on track while learning multiple roles across the department—making you one of the most valuable and versatile team members on the floor.

You're detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid to adapt on the fly. You understand how to keep things clean, safe, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). You’re mechanically inclined, can troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and you know how to follow procedures to ensure quality and safety across the board.
You’re also a clear communicator who can take direction, collaborate with others, and stay focused on daily production goals—all while learning new tasks and supporting different teams.
