Inventory Control Associate

Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate who will provide dedicated support to the Financial Quality Control and Procurement Manager. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. This role is responsible for maintaining precise inventories across off site storage facilities and monitoring on-hand quantities to ensure the complete and timely fulfillment of all customer orders.

Additional Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Keep accurate and up to date inventories at off site storage facilities
• Monitor inventory levels at offsite storage facilities, communicating with sales, transportation, quality, and shipping as needed to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
• Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping
• Minimize procurement related business disruptions by identifying and analyzing cause and modifying procedures through problem-solving
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Compensation

$22.00/hour - $25.00/hour

Compensation for this position is commensurate with education, experience, and relevant qualifications.
