Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Operations Support / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, solving problems, and supporting field installation crews.
Tasks
- Organize and maintain the company yard
- Perform basic small engine repairs and maintenance
- Support installation teams with tools, materials, and equipment
- Pick up and deliver materials and equipment as needed
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment
- Assist with general maintenance and operational tasks
- Keep the yard, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Help ensure installation crews have the materials and equipment they need
Qualifications
- Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic small engine repairs
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- CDL preferred, but not required
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
