About the Role
As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be based out of our Clifton Park HQ and work on-site with customers across the Capital Region. You know HVAC inside and out (or are ready to learn fast), and you’re motivated to keep clients informed and confident about their systems. You’re the type who doesn’t just identify a problem—you’ve got the answers, options, and communication skills to ensure clients trust the work.

- A customer-first approach: Clearly inform and educate clients about their systems and help them make the best choices.
- An eye for detail: Diagnose, maintain, repair, and present options for HVAC systems, with thorough testing and documentation.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven HVAC skills and an eagerness to level up with coaching and new tech.
- Physical Readiness: Able to handle the heavy lifting, physical demands, and tight spaces that come with the job.
- Tools and Training: Willing to invest in tools and ongoing learning to grow your career here.
- Transportation & Tech: Reliable vehicle, valid NY driver’s license with a clean record, and a phone with internet access.
- Background Check: Clean criminal background, with successful completion of a background check.

- HVAC Service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Boiler: 4 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
