Mechanic Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic with strong leadership abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with diesel engines and small engine equipment and be capable of leading by example while supporting shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership qualities
- Diagnose and repair small engines (Mowers, Trimmers, Blowers, Chainsaws, etc.)
- Maintain and repair company vehicles (Trucks, Trailers, Utility Vehicles)
- Oversee equipment inventory and maintenance s hedules
- Train team members on proper use and basic maintenance
- Assist in purchasing parts and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and follow all safety standards and protocols
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus , but not required
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
