- Krüs Kitchen: Bib Gourmand and Michelin Green Star recipient, nationally recognized for ingredient-driven cooking that pushes boundaries.
- ZeyZey: Our outdoor music venue, where culture, cocktails, and community come together.
- Tacos María: The rebellious little sister of Los Félix, serving tacos at ZeyZey made with grass-fed proteins and house-nixtamalized tortillas.
- FÜM (Atlanta, GA): A new Italian concept from Chef Sebastian Vargas, built around open-fire cooking, house-made pasta, and the farm-to-table ethos at the heart of Grassfed Culture.
Led by Chef Sebastian Vargas
Chef Sebastian trained at Osteria Francescana, Eleven Madison Park, and Fäviken Magasinet. His cooking draws on ancestral techniques, biodiversity, and storytelling. Every dish honors where it comes from while pushing toward something new.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll own your station from prep through service, holding every plate to the standard of a Michelin-starred kitchen. You’ll work closely with our Sous Chefs, help train the cooks around you, and contribute ideas as the menu evolves.

We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a real investment in your development. Our cooks are encouraged to cross-train between kitchens, take on leadership projects, and grow into Sous Chef and Executive roles as we expand, including our upcoming launch of FÜM in Atlanta.
