Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized CSR/Dispatcher to join our home service team. This role involves taking customer calls, booking appointments, and dispatching work to our service technicians. In addition, this person will provide follow up calls to customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Service Titan system, and the ability to analyze data to optimize dispatch operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting all of our plumbing and electricial service technician.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians using Service Titan
- Utilize GIS and GPS tools for route planning and transportation optimization.

- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Enter data accurately into databases, ensuring real-time updates for customers, technicians and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Customer Service and Dispatching
- Knowledge of Service Titan Program
- Knowledge of local area.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and multi-line phone systems.
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in dispatching service techs is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
