# Remodeling Crew Member (Carpentry & General Labor)
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our remodeling team for an ongoing renovation project at an Outback Steakhouse. This position involves a variety of construction and remodeling tasks, primarily focused on carpentry, painting, demolition, and general labor.
## Job Responsibilities
* Assist with carpentry and remodeling projects.
* Perform interior painting and finishing work.
* Haul and organize construction materials.
* Dismantle and remove existing fixtures, walls, or equipment as directed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Follow all job site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
## Requirements
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
* Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
* Previous construction or remodeling experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
## Required Equipment & Dress Code
Workers are responsible for providing their own:
* Basic work tools/equipment (as applicable to the position).
* Steel-toe boots or steel-toe work shoes.
* Jeans with **no rips or tears**.
* Clean, presentable T-shirts suitable for a professional job site.
