- Completing daily paperwork & computer input
- Maintain communication with residents, prospects, & team members
- Strong multitasking abilities, as well as handling various responsibilities
- Retain & apply information related to our procedures, policies, & systems
- Manage daily marketing & advertising to drive in traffic
- Knowledgeable about the apartment industry & market trends
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service leasing agent experience
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Appfolio knowledge is a plus
