Positions Available
Landscape Crew Leader
We’re looking for experienced crew leaders who can take ownership of a job and help their team succeed.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and working alongside a landscape crew
- Keeping jobs organized, productive, and on schedule
- Communicating clearly with team members and management
- Ensuring work meets Grass Works quality standards
- Taking care of equipment, materials, and job sites
- Setting a strong example for the rest of the crew
The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, has landscaping or lawn care experience, and is comfortable leading others in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Landscape Crew Member
We’re also hiring motivated crew members who are ready to work hard, learn, and be part of a dependable team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with landscaping and lawn care projects
- Using landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Following direction from crew leaders
- Working as a team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
