Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment across our store. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies in restrooms and break areas.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, cart maintenance or painting to support overall building upkeep.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
