Grass King Landscape Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Installation Foreman to lead our installation crews on residential and commercial landscape projects throughout Northwest Metro Atlanta.
This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading others, and has experience managing landscape construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on a daily basis. Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule. Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and construction drawings. Install and oversee construction of:o Sod and grading projectso Plant installationso Retaining wallso Paver patios and walkwayso Drainage systemso Irrigation systemso Landscape lightingo Mulching and seasonal enhancements Perform layout and measurements for landscape features. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including:o Skid steerso Mini skid steerso Excavatorso Compact equipment Train crew members on proper installation techniques and company standards. Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members. Ensure all work meets Grass King quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape installation or landscape construction. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred. Ability to read landscape plans and construction drawings. Knowledge of grading, drainage, hardscapes, planting, and irrigation systems. Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. OSHA certification is a plus.

Compensation
$24–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
