Duties
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and gardens healthy and visually appealing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for landscape projects
- Maintain irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules
- Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth
- Execute snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
- Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios or walkways
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety standards are met
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Proven experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices
