As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an outgoing and motivated Cold Call Lead Generator to join our team at our Humble office. This position plays a key role in helping us build relationships, increase awareness, and generate qualified business leads.
Position Overview:
The Cold Call Lead Generator will make outbound calls to local and regional businesses to introduce our company, identify potential opportunities, and gather key decision-maker information. This is a part-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys talking with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working with measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls from our Humble office.
- Introduce the company’s services professionally and confidently to potential clients.
- Identify and document decision-makers, contact details, and company information.
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in a tracking system or spreadsheet.
- Collaborate with team members to improve call strategies, messaging, and lead quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call/lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling, inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Professional, upbeat, and persistent demeanor.
- Ability to stay organized and meet daily activity targets.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
