Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough to specifications and ensure optimal quality before baking.
- Select and prepare high-quality ingredients for toppings to enhance flavor and presentation.
- Assemble pizzas efficiently and in accordance with our menu and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizza results.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry preferred.
