This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized under pressure, and help maximize collections while supporting overall clinic operations.
✅ Experience Preferred In: • Physical Therapy billing • Commercial insurance claims • No-Fault / WC • Denial management & appeals • Insurance verification & authorizations • Patient balances & collections • EMR/EHR systems • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ideal Candidate: • Strong communication skills • Highly organized & detail-oriented • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable handling high call volume • Able to problem solve independently • Leadership mindset preferred
