Gras Lawn is a commercial landscaping company covering the full range of landscaping needs performed by a team of highly skilled professionals.

• Managing day-to-day crew operations.
• Leading and training the team to perform operations.
• Go over the next day’s schedule.
• Managaing quality and efficincy of the site operations.
• Snow removal.
• Follow up after the crew to make sure the work was done correctly.
• Ensure equipment is being maintained.
• Ensure the crew is following company policies.
• Ensure the safety of all employees, ensure all employees wear the appropriate PPE, and train all employees in required safety procedures. Ensure crews are adhering to all safety policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal safety regulations.
• Driving a company truck and trailer daily.
