About the role

We are seeking real-estate and hospitality leaders with experience in development, acquisitions, property operations and commercial partnerships. Advisors help emerging projects and businesses access market insight, development and operating partners, customers and suitable capital relationships. The specialty includes residential development, hospitality, sports venues, experiential businesses and relevant infrastructure-development opportunities.

Your application should identify the market and relationships you can support. Development expertise, hospitality operations, tenant relationships and financing insight are complementary contributions; one advisor does not need to provide them all.

Responsibilities

Strategy, company evaluation & founder support

• Provide strategic guidance on Graphora’s growth, market development and the opportunities within your specialty.
• Share industry insight and help evaluate companies, markets, emerging technologies and commercial opportunities.
• Support founders and company leaders with practical advice on market entry, product positioning, customer needs and execution.
• Identify and introduce relevant customer decision-makers, commercial partners, industry experts and sector-aligned capital relationships through Graphora’s agreed process.
• Participate in selected advisory discussions, founder conversations, events and regional initiatives appropriate to your expertise and agreed commitment.

Your specialty

• Advise on regional market conditions, development opportunities, acquisitions and operating strategy.
• Help identify appropriate landowners, developers, contractors, architects and property-operating partners.
• Introduce relevant hospitality operators, hotel brands, property-management firms and commercial partners.
• Support introductions to prospective tenants, leasing teams and customers where appropriate to the project.
• Contribute expertise in sports venues, experiential hospitality, sponsorship and related commercial partnerships.
• Support infrastructure-development relationships involving site developers, data-center operators, utilities or power specialists where relevant.
• Connect suitable lenders, real-estate investment funds, family offices and development partners through Graphora’s agreed process.

• Significant experience in real-estate development, acquisitions, property operations, hospitality, leasing or real-estate finance.
• A record of leadership as a developer, executive, founder, operator, advisor or investor.
• Knowledge of a relevant local market and the organizations involved in bringing projects into operation.
• A professional network across development, commercial, operating or financing relationships.
• Examples of projects, partnerships or operating outcomes to which you made a meaningful contribution.

Commitment & compensation

Flexible advisory engagement

Advisory engagements start at 2–4 hours per month and may increase to 40 hours per month for advisory and board engagements, depending on the agreed scope. Work is primarily remote, with any local meetings or hybrid participation agreed separately. The city identifies the professional market you can support; it does not imply a Graphora office or a fixed in-person schedule.

Role-specific compensation

Compensation varies by role and engagement. Venture scouting, capital formation support, portfolio-company advisory, board and operational engagements have different arrangements. Depending on the separately agreed engagement, compensation may include cash, carried-interest or equity participation; no universal hourly rate, award or participation amount is promised by this listing. Scope, compensation, any vesting and other terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

Other engagement types

Separate Operating Partner engagements with certain portfolio companies may require 10–40 hours per week. Venture scouting, capital formation support, company advisory, board and operating opportunities are separately scoped.
