Warehouse Shipping Associate

General Overview:

Responsible for the shipment of all packages from Graphique de France.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Ordering all supplies for shipping department (UPS, Fed-Ex, misc. labels, paper)

· Keeping an updated inventory of all supplies to ensure availability during peak times.

· Scheduling all pick-ups for outgoing freight in a timely manner on a daily basis.

· Verify that all freight leaves the building in a timely fashion along with the correct paperwork

· Verify that all packages that are ready to send, leave the building daily

· Notify Supervisor of any issues that arise on a daily basis.

· Reference routing guides prior to shipments leaving GDF.

· Review all orders and follow shipping instructions, standard and specialized, for every order.

· Request assistance when needed to ensure that all packages, domestic and international, are shipped daily.

· Work with Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to process orders with our 3PL.

· Ability to understand complex issues and problem solving on the fly.

· Able to work independently and within a team

· Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

· Follow-up with Sales, Customer Service, and IT departments on pending shipping issues that may affect future shipments.

· Learn ERP System and its functionalities in regards to fulfilling/shipping orders and overall general warehousing activities.

· Picking and packaging orders as needed in the warehouse.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· Technology Proficient

· Ability to follow written and verbal directions

· 1-2 years of warehouse/shipping experience

· Forklift experience a plus

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Netsuite a plus.
